All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders within the United States.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address, but additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Immerve is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
